Fantastic location right across from the main transport hub with superb staff assistance. The room was clean with strong Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding.
No on-site parking and occasional noise disturbances from neighboring rooms could hinder your comfort.

the location is lovely, however, the breakfast was cold and just so uninspired. also, the front desk staff's english was less than graceful. given these little inconveniences, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch, but clearly that's too much to expect. i almost left a good review, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

My best decision yet!
I spent three nights here, and the location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. The staff was friendly, and the room on a high floor was spacious and quiet. With convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants nearby, my younger sister and I felt right at home. Definitely recommend!

The location is excellent with tons of nearby shops and eateries. We loved the close proximity to Hakata Station, which made our sightseeing much easier with five teenagers and two younger kids in tow. The city's buzz made our stay energetic and enjoyable.
My wife says that the soundproofing could use improvement.

Had a great time with friends staying here. The location is awesome, just a short walk from restaurants and shopping. We explored the nearby canal area and tried some amazing ramen spots. It’s a solid choice for comfort and convenience. Just make sure to check breakfast timing to avoid cold food.
We found the front desk staff had limited English skills, which made communication a bit tough at times.

The location of this hotel is truly a gem, just a short stroll from the train station and amidst a vibrant area filled with eateries. Rooms are compact but clean, and the bed provided a restful sleep. The automated check-in was efficient, though the air conditioning could be more effective.

fantastic location but parking could improve
The location is fantastic. it's right across from a major transit hub and ideal for shopping and dining. The staff was polite and assisted with our luggage upon arrival, making the check-in process smooth. Our Superior Twin Room had a beautiful city view, enhancing our experience in the evenings.
Parking availability was a bit challenging. we had to walk a distance to the lot with our luggage.

Great fit for a concise stay in Fukuoka with the best value for money. The automated check-in was really smooth and efficient, which made everything easier. Sometimes it's better to have breakfast outside the hotel to try local cafes.
